COSTS OF OWN TULIP

This is your ultimate opportunity to visit your customers with a special promotional gift. The costs are low and every year when the bulbs bloom they think of your company again. In short: you won't end up in the closet!

This tulip is unique in the world! However, before this happens, bulbs will be planted at the KAVB in Hillegom. Here they look at all the unique features and after their findings the name will be officially awarded. An official document will be drawn up and issued of this registration.

After this registration, you can choose to take over your tulip from the breeder in one go, but there is also the option to have the tulips continued to grow and to discuss an annual purchase of the bulbs.

Before you have anything, the tulip must be officially registered. You will receive an official document showing that the chosen tulip actually bears the given name. This certificate is awarded by the KAVB in Hillegom. Costs for this are available on request.

You have then only registered a name and linked it to a tulip. To purchase the bulbs, please consider the options below.

Option 1:

You can purchase the entire batch of bulbs from us for an agreed amount. The costs for this vary because the different lots of tulips all have a different value due to the size of the lot. The party's rights will then revert to you. This will be recorded in writing.

Option 2:

We grow the bulbs for you and then deliver the available bulbs to you for an agreed price. The rights of the tulip then remain with the grower. You do have the exclusive right to purchase bulbs. The costs vary per type and per piece depending on the purchase. We will make clear agreements about this in advance.
